BlackLab was founded as a Private Project Office, the trusted entity that represents the owner in every project decision. “Lab” is deliberate: a commitment to analysis, precision and rigour at every stage.
I started working in construction at eighteen. Long before that, I was already following my family’s building projects closely. It was never really a choice.
Over the years I moved through several ventures: renovation, carpentry, real estate, property management. Different sectors, but the same pattern kept repeating. Clients needed more than one service, and asked me to help coordinate the rest. I always found the right partners, people who held the same standard, to get it done properly.
At some point it became clear that the pattern was the business. BlackLab brings it all under one roof: a single point of contact, held to the rigour I have always demanded of myself, with complete transparency throughout.
The principle behind it has not changed since I was eighteen: leave things better than you found them. Always.
